Lady A Worcester Concert reviews
Concert excellent; everything else poor
"I purchased 2 VIP tickets for $500, celebrating our 25th anniversary, and had to be there by 4:45 with no guaranteed seating. Upon arrival, we stood in line for 1 hour and 25 minutes. The VIP experience was enjoyable but brief compared to previous ones lasting 45 minutes or more. Following this, we proceeded to our reserved floor seats, second section from the stage. At 7:30, when the show was set to start, 80% of the stadium remained empty, filling up steadily over the next hour and a half. Unfortunately, the constant influx of latecomers obstructed our view of the performance. Additionally, two separate groups of young teenagers in front of us stood throughout the entire concert, forcing us to watch the side screens rather than the stage. Although Lady A's performance at 9:00 PM was incredible, the overall experience was marred by the distractions and lengthy wait times. Spending $500 to watch a screen and endure 4+ hours of waiting was not appealing. Implementing a strict time limit for admission and clearly communicating a no-standing policy for seated sections could greatly improve the event. It would also be beneficial to provide pens for completing sponsorship cards for children. Thank you for your attention!"
